Withdrawal processing times at Amber Coast vary according to the casino payment method you choose and VIP Club level if you are a VIP Club member, ranging from five to seven days for services such as NETeller, Moneybookers, and FirePay, up to ten days for wire transfer, and up to three weeks for checks.
Amber Coasts VIP Club players that use NETeller as their chosen payment method will receive processing in just one business day.
Withdrawal requests are considered "pending" until
Amber Coast
commences processing. The pending withdrawal period at our casino varies from one to four days, depending on your VIP Club level, during which time you can cancel the request.
There are no charges for casino withdrawals of any kind except for bank draft express withdrawals. Bank drafts will be sent to the billing address you specified during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Bank draft withdrawals in Euros and GBP are not available to North American players. The bank draft will be sent in US Dollars, according to the company's exchange rate.
If you select wire transfer as your casino withdrawal method from Amber Coast, you will be asked to provide your bank account details. The same applies to casino withdrawals of funds that were deposited using 900pay.
Please note that all wire transfer fees are paid by Amber Coast. However, correspondence fees do exist, and these are beyond our control. These fees are based on your local bank policy. These fees may be reflected in your withdrawal balance from Amber Coast.
